The Problem With Traditional Creative Production

When I joined Metagenics, we were running paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. The creative demand was relentless — new audiences, new formats, new hooks, constant testing. The traditional workflow looked like this:

I built an end-to-end generative AI creative production system using Gemini Pro + Flash Image API with Claude Code as the orchestration layer.
